Day 9

Well folks, or me and my one follower :) I guess another day is about done and dusted.
So what's happened in the world of Silent Reflux/LPR today. Sweet fanny adams I guess would be the answer.   I took my little pink pill again, and I think it's done not one blessed thing to make me feel better. Tomorrow is half way, so if it's going to help, it jolly well better hurry up and do something amazing.

I did go to the health shop and get some better digestive enzymes.I hope they're better anyway. She suggested I take a spoonful of manuka honey 30 mins before breakfast, but the good manuka honey. Then take my Apple Cider Vinegar, ACV for short, directly before eating, as it apparently tightens up the sphincters. Now I'm thinking, manuka honey, carrot juice, ACV, digestive enzymes, fish oil and crikey will there be any time left for work and leisure.

When things go wrong with us we get self absorbed, and it becomes all we think about which really isn't good for us. Instead of getting on and enjoying, we go searching and focused on the complaint. Should I just say the truck word and try and forget about it?

I've done a fair bit of reading on it, and my gosh there are some very different trains of thoughts on LPR and what actually causes it. It seems doctors really don't know, and they say stress and diet and weight, probably because they don't know what else to say.  So why can someone eat tomatoes one day with no problem, but not the next day? Makes you think. Why are some people who are happy of nature get it, while others who are always stressed also get it.  Why did my sore throat flare up after having bronchitis?

I came across a woman who has had it for years, and her throat is literally burning to a crisp from it.  The burning  now comes up to her molars. The specialist said he didn't know and she'd have to live with it.  She started her own research and now is taking fish oil and Vit D3 and slowly she is recovering. Apparently many of us are deficient in good old Vitamin D that we get from the sun. At least I can sit out in the sun while taking all my supplements lol. Scary for her though, but for me I already take Vit D3 and fish oil, so rats.

Not much makes sense. What has made the muscles on my sphincters weak? Now there folks is the 64 million dollar question.
